In the pursuit of duty, measuring our actions often succumbs to the biases of perception and expectation.

Just as a physical ruler can warp under strain, so too can our judgment bend, making the diligent appear flawed as they inevitably make more mistakes due to their greater efforts.

Yet, the path to excellence demands resilience against these skewed metrics.

Let us commit to our responsibilities with highest level of integrity and exellence.

Not to be affected too quickly by the biases of those who validate us.

Try to be non-bias for a moment, take some space and time to ingest the validation.
