Panic?

Panic attacks often stem from the brain's primal response to perceived threats or real fear of something (i.e., loss of something very dear...) and our body's alarm system fires up and overwhelming bout of uncontrolled reflexes.
Recognizing panic attacks as a natural body signal rather than a weakness (sickness) is to be fair to ourselves.
If it is a perceived threat, we just need learn to overcome it with well-used methods. (i.e., a hug would do, if not cry it out loud). Otherwise, we have to live through the darkest moment in our life - couragely and self-lovingly.
